I think it’s really important to take one day a week to be nice to ourselves. Getting healhty, losing weight, working out, we expect a LOT out of our bodies and ourselves. It’s aimed to help balance and strengthening! Anusara yoga is my favorite kind, it focuses on holding poses for an extended time to really push your muscles and improve balance. I usually do a short 15-20 minute routine every night before bed (mostly a version of the Warrior sequence) but tonight I’m trying this! :)
side note- would you all be interested in a workout post of the routine...

The cool thing about these playlists is that they’re going to correspond to a cardio workout too! Each one will have intensity ratings telling you how hard to push it for each song so you get an even better workout!
