It’s aimed to help balance and strengthening! Anusara yoga is my favorite kind, it focuses on holding poses for an extended time to really push your muscles and improve balance. The cool thing about these playlists is that they’re going to correspond to a cardio workout too! Each one will have intensity ratings telling you how hard to push it for each song so you get an even better workout! Each plan will be 30 minutes long. :)
