Basil Feta Scones!
1.- heat oven to 375*
2.- mix all dry ingredients then add all wet, save basil and feta for last
3.- divide into 12 round-ish scones
4.- bake about 15 minutes or until just golden brown (you’ll be able to smell when they’re done!)
Makes: 12 scones

HOMEMADE WHITE PIZZA
1.- mix together yeast, warm water and sugar, let sit for 5 minutes
2.- add in olive oil then add flour and mix until it forms a ball
3.- knead for 10-15 minutes then cover with tea towel and let rise 2 hours (you can save the dough for use throughout the week)

1.- divide dough into 4 even servings (weigh it out, mine were about 2 oz each)
2.- roll dough into a thin round-ish shape, it doesn’t have to be a perfect circle!!
3.- top with ricotta, 3/4 of the cheese, veggies then remaining cheese
4.- bake 5-8 minutes until cheese is bubbly
Makes 4 pizza’s

Herb Pita Bread
1- combine yeast, water and sugar, let sit 5 minutes to activat
2- add flour and herbs, mix and knead for 5 minutes
3- cover and let sit until it doubles, about an hour and a half
4- divide into 4 sections, allow to rise another 15 minutes
5- heat oven to 400 degrees, put pan in there as well to heat it
6- gently roll out (or stretch with your hands) dough until about 1/4 inch thick (although thin crispy parts are delicious too)
7- spray pan with nonstick spray, bake for about 5 minutes
Makes 4 servings

Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
1- start with warm-hot water, add package of yeast, it should bubble within a few minutes, let it sit 5-10 minutes
2- add yeast water mixture to flour, add 1 t salt, pour in melted butter
3- hand mix until combined, it should be a little sticky, form into a rough ball
4- cover with tea towel and set in a warm place, let sit for 30-45 minutes
5- knead dough *gently!*, reform into ball, cover and let rise another 30-45 minutes
Bake according to recipe you’re using dough for, usually about 400*, 30 minutes.

CHEDDAR WHEAT BISCUITS!
1- mix yeast into warm water with sugar in large bowl, let sit 4 minutes to activate yeast
2- add warmed butter and egg whites, mix until smooth
3- add flour 1 cup at a time, mix until smooth and only slightly sticky
4- cover and let rise in a warm room for 1 hour
5- punch down dough then let it rise another hour
6- mix cheese into dough
7- heat oven to 350 degrees
8- divide dough into quarters, each quarter should make 12 biscuits
9- cook for about 20 minutes, enjoy!
Makes: 36 biscuits
80 calories each! 2 fat, 13 carbs, 3 protein
