HOW TO ROAST GARLIC
You need whole heads of roasted garlic, a cupcake tin and tin foil!
1- remove extra outer layers of garlic
2- cut top off garlic, if you don’t get all the outer heads that’s okay, it just makes it easier to get the cloves out
3- put each head in its own tin, cover loosly with a small cap of tin foil (shape it over your closed fist)
4- bake on 400* for about 40 minutes
This will last about 2 weeks!

HOW TO CHAR AND ROAST A PEPPER!
All you need for this is a pepper and a pair of tongs!
Get a firm grip on the pepper, turn your stovetop burner on medium high. Hold the pepper close to the flames for about a minute on each side until black bubbles form on the surface. Roatate until all sides are charred!
You can eat the pepper with the char (which I like) or peel that layer off for quick easy roasted pepper!
