I love finding products like this! I’m about to make a batch of vegetable Tikka Masala with it, recipe and pics later today (using broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, onion and pepper). They have a few other types of sauces to help you make delicious Indian dishes super quickly and easily!

My trick to using store bought sauces is to increase the serving size- this whole jar is supposed to be 3 servings of sauce but I’ll be using it in a 4 serving recipe to save calories and fat without compromising the flavor!

Traditional Tikka Masala is usually well over 500 calories but my recipe is only 286 thanks to lots of fresh veggies and Rozoni smart taste pasta instead of Naan or rice!
