5 minute “Saturday Strength Sets” starts tomorrow!
Every Saturday I’ll be posting a new 5 minute routine focusing on a target area like arms/ legs/ core, trying a new type of workout like yoga, pilates, tabata, or gearing towards different levels like beginner and advanced!

The point of these routines is to give you ideas for quick no exucse workouts you can squeeze in your day no matter what! They’re all at home no purchasing equipment necessary routines and will be kept on my “Five Fit Minutes” page for future reference! These are different from the routines I’ve posted before because they’re so short, the goal is to help you get fitness in because honestly, we all have 5 minutes!

I’ll be using them every morning when I wake up to get a burst of extra strength training to start my day but you can use them however works best for your schedule!
