Super Simple Lemon Pepper Dressing!

40 calories, 5g fat, 0 carbs, 0g protein

I usually add this to 2 cups of baby spinach for another 14 calories, 0g fat, 2 carbs and 2g protein!

I make these salads as a snack every day, it’s so simple. All you need is the juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 teaspoon olive oil, a crack of black pepper and a dash of salt! Mix it all together, toss in baby spinach and you’re good to go!
