There's another massive snow storm outside so today I'll be trying this yoga series!

It’s aimed to help balance and strengthening! Anusara yoga is my favorite kind, it focuses on holding poses for an extended time to really push your muscles and improve balance. I usually do a short 15-20 minute routine every night before bed (mostly a version of the Warrior sequence) but tonight I’m trying this! :)

side note- would you all be interested in a workout post of the routine I do every night?

After nearly an hour of attempts I’ve decided my dorm room is just too small to fit my yoga and a camera far enough apart.. so I’m going to post my routine when I get home in 3 weeks for Spring Break! :)
