You can use any fruit you’d like for this, I’ve found berries work best but apples (with cinnamon of course) and peaches are also great. The cooked sweet blueberries are delicious though, it’s like having jam baked right in! I love having these with breakfast (along with a cottage cheese and skim milk) but they’re truly great any time of day.
