I made this thinking about goals, progress and achievement. You are not a number, your progress, your abilities, they are not defined by a scale or any other number. Be proud of yourself and your body for the incredible things it can now do, the things it wasn’t able to do not so long ago. I may never have hit my “goal weight” but I’m able to do things I never even thought to do. I’m happy with and proud of my body exactly how it is, all 138 pounds of it, and I’m equally proud of how hard I worked to get there! :)
