Especially when you’re in the process of getting healthy or losing weight going out to eat can be stressful and I hope these guides show you that it doesn’t have to be! Going out doesn’t mean you have to throw away being healthy and it doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself. You can eat in moderation, especially if you use some of these ideas, so pick something you’ll enjoy but that won’t go overboard and then relax and have fun with your friends!
Personally I love going out with my friends and my boyfriend but I still like to do so in moderation. I think a little indulgence is a good thing so I usually try to have a mostly healthy meal using the ideas above and then split one (not-so-healthy) dessert. :)
