I made a big batch of these the day before classes started because I knew I’d be busy with the new semester and now I have a few days worth of perfect delicious veggies ready to grab and snack on! I put them in individual tupperware so I can grab and go easily that’s good cold or warmed up in the microwave.
You don’t have to use the same veggies I did, swap them out for whatever your favorites are, just make sure to refigure the nutrition then. :)
