I started making these lighter, healthier mini muffins after seeing my little sisters grab Hostess packs too many times! I love coming up with new flavors and making on the run packs so I can enjoy a few between classes, on the way to work or any other time I need an on the run energy boost. They’re so quick and easy to make, I can throw together a few flavors in one afternoon and store them 4 at a time in mini ziplocks.
