Pieces in Progress: Blogging my way fit.

The combination of strength training and cardio is absolutely essential for getting lean, toned abs because crunches alone will not burn fat- you have to do cardio for that. This plan uses that idea so you spend 9 minutes doing increasingly intense, result-getting exercises and 18 minutes doing fat blasting cardio. Try to really give this workout everything you’ve got, it’s only a half hour and you can do it right from home so there’s no excuses!
