The easiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever make!
I had a bag of cookie mix laying around and wanted to find a way to make it healthier- this was it! The original recipe says to add 1 stick of butter and an egg and comes out to 80 calories per cookie, this recipe cuts that nearly in half by using a banana and light soy milk instead! You still get all the chocolate chip cookie goodness for a fraction of the calories and fat. :)
Extra bonus- this actually IS batter you can eat raw! I know I’ll be topping some of my favorite Edy’s Slow Churned 1/2 fat Butter Pecan ice cream with a cookie worth of frozen dough crumbles! Who knows, they might even make it into my yogurt too. :)
