A healthy meal plan is the foundation of a healthier lifestyle and you! I put together these 6 steps to help you easily create a plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Don’t forget to fill your plan with foods and meals you enjoy. One of the things that’s always helped me is that I look forward to each of my meals every day- being satisfied with my meals means I don’t “miss” other foods, feel deprived or feel like I need to “cheat.” Remember that no one cookie/ brownie/ anything is going to “mess up” your plan or progress. Try to be healthy as often as possible and treat yourself on occasion.
