This is one of my all time favorites! Fresh mango can be a pain to cut up but is completely worth it- I like to take a few minutes after grocery shopping to cut up one or two and store them in tupperware then whenever I want to throw them in a salad (or just snack on them as is) it’s already ready to go (I do this with strawberries and any other fruit I have on hand that requires clean up too).
I usually include nutrition facts but here I purposely didn’t because I want you to get creative with your favorite fruity combos! Like blueberries? Throw them in! Have some fresh peaches? Perfect! Use this as a jumping off point to make your own ideal on the run snacks! :)
