Pieces in Progress: Living fit, healthy, & happy!

In case you were in need of more green smoothie recipes, here’s this week’s green smoothie spotlight! The PB2 experiment in the apples and peanut butter was an awesome success and had the added bonus of more protein (it’s also a great way to use PB2 if you’re thinking of testing it out) and the triple berry was really more of a dessert than a breakfast haha but that’s what green smoothies are for, right? Of all of them though, the winner this week (although peaches and cream was a close second) had to be the morning wake up call. I was having a tough morning so I just threw everything I love into a smoothie and it completely turned my day around, I hope it can do that for you too! With the lemon, cut off the knobby end (about 1 inch in) then cut the thinnest slice you can, rind and all).
